Established in 2005, Pareto Solutions passionately specializes in providing Organization Development, and Learning & Development Services. Our name is inspired by “The Law of the Vital Few” in The Science of Management – roughly 80% of effects come from 20% of the causes. At Pareto Solutions, we partner with our clients to discover the vital few areas that unlock organization & people’s potential, and amplify their growth. Teck Kwang is known for creating space for reflections, thoughtful dialogue that balances empathy & insights. He empower teams towards change, sustainable actions & transformation. In addition to his client work, Teck Kwang is committed to nurturing the next generation of facilitators. He regularly conducts workshops and mentoring programmes to build facilitation capacity in others. Driven by a strong belief in social giving, Teck Kwang actively contributes to the facilitation community. For over 15 years, he has volunteered with the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), supporting the growth of the profession through facilitating social impact projects, mentoring juniors, conference presentations, and professional sharing. She has also worked extensively to support the various Government Agencies in Singapore, most notably including her support for leadership development for the entire Public Service via the Civil Service College.
